Fast and accurate "Gear-Transfer" servo-driven turret. (Opt.)
1      Bed and Base
30 degree slant bed design for easy operation and easy chip removal.
Cast iron bed with optimally 20mm thickness designed ribs with integral stiffness provides an very strong rigidity.
2       Spindle headstock
Big diameter bearing (up to 100mm) provides high rigidity.
High-resolution encoder mounted on spindle to provide accurate C-axis positioning. (Opt.)
C axis with continuous indexing.
Up to 51mm bar capacity. (USK-208/210)
NSK < NN+BAT+NN > spindle bearings 3 points supported.
3       Guide ways
Double supported C3 level ball screws.
Direct-driven servo motors are used for axial movements.
4       Turret
12 stations turret.
Servo turret or hydraulic turret is offered for user as an alternative choice.
Large disc is equipped for easy tool set up. (LS-240, disc size 360mm)
5       Tallstock
One plece structure on the machine to provide massive rigidity.
Programmable tailstock available as an option.
Coolant and hydraulic system
Large coolant tank. (125L)
Internal coolant supply through turret disc.
PLC controlled chip conveyor.
